This applies to orders weighing up to 1kg. If we receive any orders weighing more than 1kg we will contact the customer to discuss alternative delivery methods and costs.

You can also order online and collect free of charge. Please select Collect in Store when making your payment. We will then be in touch regarding collection instructions.

We aim to get your order to you with the timeframe outlined above. Someone will need to be available during working hours to sign for your delivery. Occasionally there are circumstances beyond our control that will affect the timings of deliveries. In this case, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays. Any claims for shortages or wrong product must be made within 48 hours of delivery by email to or by phone +33 (0)6 33 22 00 68.

Upon signing for the delivery, you are accepting the condition and correct delivery for your items, however, we do understand that you might not be able to open your package straight away, so you have up to 48 hours to advise us of missing, damaged or incorrect items.

You can cancel most orders that have not yet been dispatched. If this is the case, please get in touch with us soon as possible. Information about how to contact us can be found on our contact page.


For food regulation reasons chocolates and other edibles cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they are defective or out of date). Sometimes thinner chocolate bars break or whiten during the transportation but this does not oblige us to reimburse for the item. We cannot control the weather and chocolates are heat sensitive. We try our best to protect your package but sometimes fat or sugar bloom can form due to outer heat. This does not make chocolate inedible but it can affect how it looks.

If you are returning a product because it is faulty, or something is wrong then please contact us and we can arrange for a courier to collect the item, so you don’t incur any postage costs.  Please contact us via our contact page. Please ensure that any items for return are wrapped securely, and enclose a note with your order numbercontact details and reason for return. Please note we cannot take any responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged in transit, be it from poor packaging or otherwise.
